Who am I?
I grew up in a small rural community in North-West NSW, on a quiet street at the edge of town called 'Sunnyside Rd'. After boarding school unsure of what was next, I thought I saw myself as a physics teacher. A year into uni (and one failed 'Intro to Mechanical Physics' course later) I realised my desire to teach was more about a desire to connect. This sparked a natural transition to psychology, where today I'm privileged to laugh, cry and learn with all different people every day.
Outside of the therapy space you find me chasing waterfalls, swimming in a freshwater stream, eating pasta or cheese, singing terribly in the car or hiking somewhere with a view and no phone service.
Services

I am a human centered, clinical psychologist with a focus on developing safety and connection. This will underpin everything we do in therapy space.

I am dedicated to lifelong learning and passionate about sharing the knowledge I've accrued with parents, carers, educators, residential facilities, government departments and non government organisations.

I provide a safe space for professionals to reflect, grow and develop their skills.
